The organisation will offer comprehensive assistance to young individuals, including:
1. Academic Support: Providing learning resources such as study guides, textbooks, tutoring, and guidance to help youth excel in their educational pursuits.
2. Social Support: Creating a supportive community and offering counselling services
to address the social and emotional needs of young people, provision of sanitary pads to school, school uniforms, and bursaries.
3. Career Support: Offering mentorship, workshops, and resources to help youth explore career options, develop skills, and pursue meaningful employment opportunities.
4. Training and Placement for the Unemployed: Providing vocational training programs and facilitating job placement services to empower unemployed youth with the skills and employment ready for the workplace.<\/p>

Our programs will be targeted at the following group of individuals:
1. Adolescents and Young Adults: Individuals between the ages of 12 to 30 who are
in the critical stages of personal, educational, and professional development.
2. At-Risk Youth: Youth facing social, economic, or environmental challenges such as
poverty, homelessness, substance abuse.
3. Marginalised and Disadvantaged Youth: Those from underserved communities,
including ethnic minorities.
4. Out-of-School Youth: Young people who have dropped out of formal education or
are not currently enrolled in school, often due to factors such as poverty, family
responsibilities, or lack of access to quality education.
5. Unemployed or Underemployed Youth: Individuals who are not engaged in
productive employment or are working in low-paying, insecure jobs with limited
prospects for advancement.
6. Youth with Disabilities: Young people with physical, intellectual, or developmental
disabilities who require specialised support and accommodations to participate fully
in society and achieve their potential.
7. Youth in Transition: Those transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, who may
require assistance with independent living skills, education, and career planning.
8. Youth Leaders and Changemakers: Emerging leaders, and volunteers who are
passionate about creating positive change in their communities and are seeking

Harrieth Mabuza<\/strong>,
the founder of Manifest Youth Empowerment, was born and raised in Mpumalanga\u2019s
Nkomazi Municipality. She is a qualified CA (SA) and holds a Master of Commerce from Wits University. Despite facing financial challenges, she pursued her education with determination, grit and unwavering support from strangers who provided bursaries and opportunities. Inspired by her journey, Harrieth is motivated to give back to her community and support young people in achieving their dreams, through our organisation.
Through our programs, we seek to instil confidence,
resilience, and a sense of purpose in the youth we serve,
